Shipping information
Our company has grown and now the warehouse and the shipping is handled through China Division which is one of the biggest companies of this kind. Products are shipped from Shenzhen, China, so we could increase the efficiency of our operations and reduce the shipping cost.
We have three channels for shipping, both offering parcel tracking.
- Stone3PL a reliable low-cost shipping company. The service takes 10-20 working days to destination. Though them we offer Free Shipping to 82 countries in Zone 1 (see below). For Zone 2 countries the shipping fee is $35 USD while for Zone 3 countries is $60 USD.
- DHL service to 44 countries. DHL delivers parcels in 5-8 working days everywhere around the world. The fee for this service is $20 USD. DHL service is only available for the countries in the table below.
- AusPost locally to Australia - free (2-3 days delivery). Ships from Canberra, ACT.
